2025-3460, Harassment by Electronic Communication: On 10/29/2025 at 5:35 PM., deputies responded to the 100 block of Fernwood Road in Oswego Township for a report of harassment by electronic communication that occurred sometime on 10/29/2025. The investigation is ongoing.
2025-3463, In-State Warrant: On 10/29/25 at 6:56 p.m., deputies were executing a warrant service in the 0-99 block of Division Street in Bristol Township. Contact was made with Brandon T. Poker, a 48-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Division Street in Bristol Township, who was wanted on a a Kane County original warrant for violation of pre-trail conditions (no bond). Poker was transported to the Kendall County jail for processing.
2025-3464, No Valid Driver’s License: On 10/29/25 at 8:04 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Orchard Road near Lewis Street in Oswego Township for suspended registration. Gerardo Cruz Vega Linares, a 30-year-old male from the 1500 block of Superior Street in Aurora, was cited for driving with no valid driver’s license and operation of a vehicle with suspended registration. Linares was issued a notice to appear and released.
2025-3465, In-State Warrant: On 10/29/25 at 8:04 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Orchard Road and Lewis Street in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Jesus Guerrero Aguirre, a 37-year-old male from the 100 block of Bevier Place in Aurora, who was wanted on a Kane County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended and a DuPage County failure to appear warrant for possession of a weapon. Both warrants were set at no bond. Aguirre was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2025-3466, Driving While License Revoked: On 10/30/25 at 2:54 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Galena Road near Blackhawk Boulevard in Bristol Township for no tail lights when required. Tywon R. Austin, a 43-year-old male from the 2700 block of Goldenrod Drive in Yorkville, was cited for driving while license revoked. Austin was issued a notice to appear and released.
