2025-3492, Attempted Burglary:  Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-100 Block of Winrock Rd in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of an Attempted Burglary.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-3498, Theft by Deception, 26 Marnel Rd, 1453 hours KE26: On 10-31-25 at 2:53pm Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Marnel Rd in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of theft by deception.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-3501, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 10/31/25 at 04:27 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash in the area of Route 126 and Schlapp Road., Na-Au-Say Township.  A 77-year-old female was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
