2025-3561, 2025-3562, DWLS, In-State Warrant: On 11/05/25 at 3:45 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 0-100 Block of 5th St in Oswego. Luis E Ferrer, a 20 year old male from the 500 Block of Melrose Ave in Aurora, was stopped for improper lighting equipment, and found to have a suspended license as well as a Failure to Appear warrant issued out of Kane County for Driving while License Suspended. Ferrer was taken into custody, provided a notice to appear for Driving while License Suspended in Kendall County, and turned over to the custody of Kane County for the warrant without incident.
Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
