2025-3589, In-State Warrant: On 11/07/25 at 2:40 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Walker Road in Kendall Township for speeding. Contact was made with Brianne Barry, a 45-year-old female from the 100 block of Appletree Court in Yorkville, who was wanted on a Kane County pre-trial release violation warrant (no bond) Barry was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
25-3590, False personation: On 11/07/2025 at approximately 3:05 p.m. deputies took a report of False personation in the 16000 block of Griswold Springs Road in Plano. The case remains under investigation.
2025-3596, Hit and Run: On 11/07/2025 at 5:26 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a crash in the area of the 200 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township. The vehicle left the scene prior to deputy’s arrival. The Investigation is ongoing.
2025-3602, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 11/07/20 at 9:52 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on S. County Line Road near Holt Road. A 67-year-old female from Minooka was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
2025-3603, Speeding: On 11/07/25 at 11:27 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 126 near Grove Road in Na-Au-Say Township for speeding. Hector R. Haro, a 24-year-old male from the 4000 block of Foli Street in Plano, was cited for driving 82 mph in a 55 mph speed zone. Haro was issued a notice to appear and released.
2025-3604, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis: On 11/08/25 at 3:32 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on S. Ridge Road near W. 127th Street in Oswego Township for speeding. Giovanni Samaniego Castelan, a 29 year-old male from the 500 block of Carriage Drive in West Chicago, was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Castelan was issued a notice to appear and released.
