Yorkville, IL – Kendall Area Transit (KAT), Kendall County’s public transportation system, has launched a Rural Transit Needs Survey to better understand the transportation needs of residents across the county.  

Residents—especially those who do not regularly use public transportation—are encouraged to participate. The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.  

The survey is available online at: www.kendallcountyil.gov/KAT-survey. Individuals who prefer to complete a paper or PDF version may request a copy by contacting jebreault@kendallcountyil.gov. 

The survey will remain open until April 30 2026.
