Meets: Varies by Sanitary District Statute/Authority: 70 ILCS 2805 - Sanitary District Act of 1936 Description: The Sanitary Districts shall work to drain and protect the same from overflow for sanitary purposes and provide for sewage disposal. There are two (2) Sanitary Districts in Kendall County: Newark and Yorkville-Bristol. Composition: Three (3) members in each Sanitary District Term: Three (3) years |
