The Human Resources department is dedicated to serving Kendall County and its employees with integrity and professionalism. The Human Resources Department supports Kendall County by providing centralized support in the areas of labor and employee relations, staff recruitment and placement, employee training and professional development, compensation, risk management, and human resources administration and compliance.

The Human Resources Director also serves as Kendall County’s representative for labor contract negotiations and hearings.
