The Kendall County Circuit Courts continue to utilize Zoom for many different types of court cases.  Attorneys and case participants (parties to a lawsuit, witnesses),  are now able to appear remotely on some court dates.  Before doing so, please review the Remote Courtroom Etiquette.  If you have not used Zoom or are unsure of how to appear remotely, please review the Instructions for Remote Appearances.

You can use the links below to appear via Zoom.  You will need to know the courtroom you are expected to be in, or the judge’s name, and the time of your court appearance.  Each courtroom has staggered starting times, and if you appear early, you may not be admitted to the virtual courtroom until the scheduled time.  Appearing remotely is a privilege, not a right.  If technical difficulties prevent you from connecting to a meeting, or from hearing or being heard during a remote appearance, the judge may elect to treat you as if you failed to appear in court.

*CAUTION:  The private chat function is NOT secure.  DO NOT share personal information with anyone via the zoom platform unless you are certain they are who they claim to be.
