Complaints about potential violations of the Illinois Election Code, including denial of voting rights or other possible illegal election activity should be directed to the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office.  An individual with first-hand knowledge of the alleged violation should complete this Voter Request for Review Form and return it to the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office via U.S. mail or via email at States_Attorney_Web_Email@kendallcountyil.gov
